About Me

Hi, I’m Kaycee — and at the heart of what I do is one simple goal:
helping people tell their story in a way that invites others in.

I have a deep love for helping organizations communicate clearly to the people they’re trying to reach. Sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective—someone who can step in, ask the right questions, notice what might feel confusing to an outsider, and help bring everything into alignment.

That’s where I come in.

My goal is to help your audience feel like they understand your story, connect with your mission, and know exactly how to engage with what you offer.

Since 2016, I’ve had the opportunity to build experience in communications, storytelling, and digital presence for a variety of organizations.

Over the years, I’ve worked in communications and social media for:

  • Three different churches of varying sizes

  • Nonprofits and mission-driven organizations

  • Community-focused initiatives

  • Downtown Main Street efforts, helping highlight local businesses, events, and partnerships

What started as something I never intentionally set out to pursue became a clear gift and calling over time. I’ve been trusted to help capture stories, clarify communication, create content, and build connection—and I’ve grown to love the work deeply.

My Approach

I believe great communication is more than just making something look good. It’s about making sure your message is clear, your visuals support your brand, and your audience feels welcomed instead of overwhelmed.

I have a strong eye for stepping into a space as the “new person” and quickly noticing what may need clarification, simplification, or better flow. Whether it’s social media, event promotion, photography and video gathering, website updates, or overall brand messaging, I love helping organizations create a cohesive presence that feels intentional and inviting.

Why I Do This

More than anything, my heart is for inviting people in.

I believe every church, nonprofit, business, and organization has a story worth telling—and when that story is communicated well, it creates trust, connection, and momentum.

If your message feels scattered, your branding feels disconnected, or you simply need someone who can help make your communication more clear and user-friendly, I’d love to help.
